Special Purpose Machine for copper braid wire electroforging and cutting model: SPM-SP-256 is a fully automatic machine for end solidification and cut-to-required length of copper braids from continuous lengths. The main application is for the flexible links for low voltage switchgear, etc.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

The machine comprises of the following:

Decoilers & tensioners

Welding unit for electroforging

Cutter unit

Gripper-Puller unit

Control unit

SERVICE REQUIREMENT:

POWER SUPPLY:

415 volts, single phase AC, 50 hertz supplies.Machine is suitable for connection to 2 line of a 3 phase supply. Main supply cable 2 core type, mains disconnect switch with fuses of size recommended to be provided by the customer.

COMPRESSED AIR:

Customer to provide compressed air supply of recommended flow volume at a minimum pressure of 5.6 ksc (80 psi).

COOLING WATER :

Residue free and clean cooling water at minimum 2.6 ksc pressure and temperature below 30 degree C at recommended flow rate is to be provided by the customer.
